1. Acceptance

By accessing or using wiam.iliumtechnologies.ae (the "Site") or any service operated by Illium Technologies under the WIAM brand (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

2. Description of the service

WIAM is a conversational AI concierge platform designed for hospitality and service businesses (hotels, restaurants, spas, clinics, retail, cultural venues). The Site at the URL above is a marketing and demo-request website. Commercial use of the Service is subject to a separate agreement signed between the customer and Illium Technologies.

3. Permitted use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Site's infrastructure or API endpoints.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via the demo form.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, brute-force scripts) to access the Site or its endpoints.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or any connected systems.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the WIAM name, logo, copy, visual design, the three color themes (Atrium, Cuvée, Sanctuary, Pearl), source code, and any AI-generated imagery used for illustration — is owned by Illium Technologies or licensed to it, and is protected under intellectual-property law. No right is granted to you to reuse or reproduce any part of the Site without prior written consent.

5. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create any contractual obligation on either party. Illium Technologies responds to qualified requests at its discretion and typically within 24 business hours. A commercial engagement only begins once a written proposal has been countersigned by both parties.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses the Resend email delivery service to process demo-request notifications. By submitting the form you consent to the transit of your submitted data through Resend (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Illium Technologies makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All demo content, statistics displayed on the Site (e.g. deployment numbers, satisfaction rates), and testimonial visuals are marketing illustrations and may not represent current operational reality unless explicitly confirmed in a proposal.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Illium Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to individual users in their jurisdiction.
